In my opinion this is what Elkhart should do: transfer its labor and manufacturing resources to Green/Pre-Fab/Modern Living. The RV industry is hardly a sneeze away from producing Pre-Fab houses, in fact companies like Forest River already have manufactured housing. Its just not this cool.
